Acceptance of terms

By using Verilumia you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue using the app.

Subscriptions

Verilumia Access is available as an auto-renewable subscription:

• Monthly: $3.99
• Annual: $44.99
• Billing: Processed by Apple or Google at purchase confirmation
• Renewal: Automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the period

Manage cancellations or changes inside your App Store or Google Play account. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Use license

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Verilumia for personal, non-commercial use. Under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the app or its content
• Use the materials for commercial or public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the software
• Remove proprietary notices from the materials

Disclaimer

Verilumia is provided “as is.” We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the materials in the app or linked resources.

Limitations

Verilumia and its suppliers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or consequential damages; these limitations may not apply to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Provisions that should survive termination (ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, limitations of liability) will remain in effect.
