Subscriptions
Verilumia does not have accounts. Payments are processed entirely by Apple App Store and Google Play Store—we never see your email, password, or billing information.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect automatic, tracking, or behavioral data. Specifically, we do not store:
- Account data (emails, passwords, usernames, personal profiles)
- Subscription details (handled independently by Apple/Google)
- Usage analytics (what you read, when, or for how long)
- Device tracking data, fingerprinting, or unique identifiers
- Location data, browsing history, contacts, photos, or sensors
- Third-party tracker data from analytics, ads, or social pixels
Any preferences you set remain stored on your device and never sync to our infrastructure.
How we use limited data
- News delivery: Display categories you chose—stored only on-device.
- Support: Reply to your direct inquiries.
- Communication: Only if you reach out first. We do not send marketing email or newsletters.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Information is shared only under these limited circumstances:
- Legal requirements: When compelled by law, court order, or to protect safety.
- Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with advance notice.
Security
- Encrypted TLS connections for all data transmission
- Data minimization so little exists to protect
- Ongoing security monitoring and rapid patches
Your rights
Because we don’t store accounts or personal data, most privacy rights are inherently respected. You can still request:
